Project that features three different levels, from urban planning to the architectural design of the main buildings and residential areas. At the urban level, there is a linear park, with a residential area of single‑family homes and multi-family buildings, a shopping center and communal urban equipment. It is located 17 km south of Luanda on the urban expansion border of the city.
