Complex with 64 housing units in six high-category apartment blocks arranged in two different sectors: the forest and the lake. Each block is developed in an access level (with parking lots and services) and five floors of housing units. The complex features a clubhouse with a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool and a private beach on the adjoining lake.
