JOY Waterfront is a large-scale development composed of four residential towers and a 17-story hotel, all connected by two expansive platforms over the lake in Parque Miramar, Canelones. The project integrates commercial spaces at the base of the residential towers and introduces a new open urban area designed to encourage water-based activities on the lake.
