Multipurpose building in Los Angeles. It has a tower and a base. The tower features 28 levels: 25 floors of housing units, two penthouse floors and a top floor with shared services. The base has seven parking levels, commercial premises, and amenities (swimming pool, spa, gym, coffee shop).
