Project implemented to accommodate part of the staff of a mining development. It includes multiple levels, from urban planning to the architectural design of the different types of housing units. At the urban level, there is a linear park, with a residential area of single‑family homes grouped into 38 blocks, an amphitheater, open tennis courts and a sports center. Spaces are planned for future educational buildings and shopping areas.
